Last January 23, 2026, the Nannoworks Laboratory held its 2025 Christmas Party at the National Institute of Geological Sciences Lecture Room 015. The party was organized by Auds Gardoña, Chesca Petero, Raphy Dequilla, and Miguel Villanueva, with the theme “Anachronic”. The event was sponsored by laboratory heads Dr. Alyssa M. Peleo-Alampay and Dr. Allan Gil S. Fernando. Undergraduate and graduate student members, as well as Nannoworks alumni, were all warmly welcomed.
The event started with opening remarks from Dr. Alyssa M. Peleo-Alampay. Games were hosted by Auds, Chesca, and Raphy. Attendees participated in a white elephant-style gift-giving activity and a DIY keychain-making activity courtesy of Beads and Beyond by Ms. Leah Camille Canja, also sponsored by Dr. Fernando. The night was filled with delightful food and drinks, lively karaoke sessions, and exhilarating raffles. Dr. Fernando concluded the event with his closing remarks.
